I worked as part of a four person team in developing a marketing plan for PocoSmiles Family Dentistry. This plan was developed by conducting thorough secondary research while also harvesting our own primary research. I personally created an online survey that was distributed through various social media channels. Additionally, I ran a focus group that was conducted to gather further patient insight. As a team we analyzed the business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.After we had done our research and analyzed our data we identified a target market and customer persona. We used this information to guide our marketing recommendations for the business. Finally, the plan also contained an implementation schedule and marketing budget.
