I worked as part of a six person team in creating a key account plan for Epiroc Drilling. This plan consisted of a thorough analysis of the current business and identifying critical opportunities. This included identifying the current market being served by the business and a competitor analysis. The first portion of this plan was to research, identify, and justify a large potential client for the business. The second portion of this plan was the strategic process to land this client. and a detailed implementation plan.
