I worked as part of a five person team in developing a marketing strategy for a new product for Central City Brewers + Distillers. This project required primary and secondary research to identify industry best practices, competitive strengths and weaknesses, consumer buying trends and identifying a target market. We created consumer personas from the research we conducted and created a marketing strategy for the new product based off of this. Some highlights of the report were analysing the segments and their individual attractiveness for sales, creative recommendations to engage each market segment and a marketing budget for the strategy.
